基于场域理论的研究型立体化旅游人才培养研究

Research On Cultivating Three-Dimensional Tourism Talents From Perspective of Champ

随着旅游业的快速发展,旅游人才的培养被赋予了更重要的意义,培养研究型立体化旅游人才成了旅游业亟需解决的问题。本文以场域理论为基础,分析了研究型立体化旅游人才培养场域的结构,给研究型立体化旅游人才培养提出了建议,以期对今后研究型立体化旅游人才的培养产生一定的价值。

China 's tourism industry is going into the golden period.The rapid development of tourism put forward higher requirements to tourism personnel training,cultivating research-based three-dimensional tourism talents has become an urgent problem in the tourism industry.Based on the field theory, this paper analyzes the structure of the research-type three-dimensional tourism talent cultivation field, and puts forward some suggestions for the training of the three-dimensional tourism talented person with a view to cultivate the research-oriented three-dimensional tourism talent.
