Facing the adjustment of industrial structure,the development of modern? agriculture and forestry, and deepening the reform of education,innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry has important practical significance. The article aims to discusses the Characteristics of the Innovation and Entrepreneurial Talents in local colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry, from literacy, spirit, ability, quality. Meanwhile, the article analyzes the training ways of the innovation and entrepreneurial talents, from the cultural atmosphere, policy support, course system, teachers team and platform construction.
