ISEC教学理念的实践与思考

The Thinking of Teaching Concept in ISEC Project

ISEC项目旨在通过引入国际化教学理念、教学方法以及教学管理机制,培养一批优秀的国际化教师队伍,促进我国教育事业的发展。我校有幸加入国家留学基金委举办的ISEC项目,依照国际化的教学理念与教学模式进行教学改革和提升。经过两年多的ISEC基础教学以及对ISEC教学理念的探索与实践,笔者认为ISEC教学理念具有一定的优势。与传统教学方法相比,本文给出了一些初步的教学改革方法与建议。

ISEC project aimed to introduce internationalization teaching concept, teaching methods and teaching management mechanism, develop a group of outstanding international teachers, promote the development of education in our country. Our school had the opportunity to join in the ISEC project sponsored by China Scholarship Council, improving the teaching method and teaching concept based on the internationalization of the teaching idea and teaching mode. By more than two years teaching in ISEC project, I thought the teaching concept of ISEC has a certain advantage. Compared with the traditional teaching method, some preliminary methods and suggestions of teaching reform was proposed.
