少数民族大学生社会实践志愿服务现状调查及对策

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Present Situation of Minority College Students' Social Practice Volunteer Service

高校少数民族大学生社会实践教育在增强民族团结、促进民族文化交融、促进高校思想政治教育改革等方面发挥着重要作用。本研究选择西南大学大学生社会实践教育志愿者进行问卷调查,剖析少数民族大学生志愿服务中存在的问题,借鉴国内外志愿服务的经验,加强对少数民族学生的人文关怀,构建社会实践活动激励机制,坚持多元主体共推志愿服务事业发展。

The education of minority college students' social practice volunteer service plays an important role in many aspects such as strengthening national unity, promoting national culture blend, and accelerating the reform of ideological and political education. This study makes a questionnaire survey among the student volunteers of institute of history and culture, institute for nationalities in southwest university to analyze the problems existed, so as to strengthen the humanistic care of minority students, build the social practice motivation mechanism, and adhere to the multiple subject on volunteer service advance based on the experience of the volunteer service at home and abroad.
