Analysis on the Way of the Construction of Expert Counselors in Colleges and Universities

2014年教育部出台的《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》对辅导员了专业化、职业化和专家型的要求,辅导员职业获得了前所未有的社会认同感。本文从建设专家型辅导员队伍的角度出发,初步提出打造专家型辅导员队伍的途径。

In 2014, the Ministry of Education promulgated the 'standards for the professional ability of College Counselors(Interim)' on the counselors' professional, professional and expert requirements, counselors career has been an unprecedented sense of social identity. In this paper, from the point of view of the construction of expert counselors, the author puts forward the way to build the team of expert counselors.
