Research on Constructing University Service System for Entrepreneurship

随着高校毕业生人数逐年增加,社会经济发展增速放缓,产业结构转型升级,大学生就业困难已经被社会广泛关注,严峻的就业形势成为我国高等教育亟待解决的现实问题。高校就创业工作服务体系的建立、完善,能为广大学生提供更优良的就业服务。本文从完善就业工作机制、有效引导学生择业创业、推动创新创业教育、广泛开拓就业渠道等方面,创新工作理念,对构建高校就创业工作服务体系进行探讨,以更好地促进大学生就业。

With the number of college graduates increasing by year, social and economic development growth slowing down,industrial structure transformating and upgrading, college students' employment difficulty has drawn widespread concern, and severe employment situation has become a realistic problem urgently needs to be solved in higher education in China. The building and perfecting of university service system for entrepreneurship can provide students with better employment services. In hope of better promoting university students' employment, this thesis innovates working concept so as to investigate constructing university service system for entrepreneurship in terms of perfecting employment mechanism, smoothing employment information channel, effectively guiding students' job selection and entrepreneurship, promoting innovative entrepreneurship education, widely spreading employment channels and so on.
