摘要
为了适应国家创新型人才培养的需要,提出了通信工程专业与研究所协同的创新型人才培养模式。通过构建新的培养体系、组建研究所兴趣小组等方式,探索并实践这种新的通信人才培养模式,提高了人才培养质量。
In order to meet the needs of the national innovative talents training,the paper puts forward the training mode of innovative talents in cooperation with the communication engineering and the institute. By constructing a new training system and forming an interest group of the research institute, this new communication talent training mode is explored and practiced to improve the quality of personnel training.
