本文阐明了研究生培养管理的工作重点,对研究生教育管理改革提出了建议,并从新时期如何提高和保障研究生培养质量出发,推行导师团队制培养研究生,实施"123"研究生培养新模式,校院二级管理对研究生培养的全过程进行把关。

This paper expounds the cultivation and management of the focus of the work of graduate students, some suggestions on the management of postgraduate education reform in the new period, and how to improve and guarantee the quality of graduate students of the tutor team for postgraduate training, implementation of the new training mode of'123'graduates school second level management of the whole process of the training of graduate students.
