摘要 微课模式的特征和行政管理专业课的特点决定了二者的契合度和适用性——微课教学模式基本适用于行政管理专业课教学。以30分钟划分为一节微课、20分钟讲授、10分钟讨论和反馈性问答的微课设计方案是基本得当的。那些理论性较强、知识可模块化和碎片化的学科,比较适用微课教学模式。微课具体环节——讲授、讨论、问答、课后作业或操练还存在一些问题,需要在教学实践中不断改进和完善。行政管理专业课微型化改革模式可按要求推广至大学本科社科类专业课教学上。 The features of micro-course mode along with the the traits of the public administration specialized courses have mutually decided both their fit and applicability——the micro-course mode is basically applied to the public administration specialized course teaching.It is basically appropriate to see division by 30 minutes per micro-course,20 minutes teaching,discussion by 10 minutes and asking and answering by feedback as a micro-course design scheme.Those subjects with strongly theoretical property,modular and fragmentary knowledge fairly applicable to micro-course teaching mode.There exist some problems on such specific links as lecturing,discussing, asking and answering,working and drilling after class,which need to be improved and bettered constantly in teaching practices.The miniaturization teaching reform mode of public administration specialized courses may be expanded to all the other undergraduate specialized course teaching of social science.
