随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的市场经济体制也在不断深入改革发展,新时期企业要想在激烈的市场经济体制中赢得发展先机,适应市场经济发展形势,必须做好企业的资本运营和产权结构优化工作。目前,资本运营与产权结构优化才是提高企业核心竞争力的关键因素,对于企业的未来发展起到至关重要的作用。产权结构优化是资本运营中的重要组成部分,只有配置良好的产权结构,才能够促进企业进步和发展。但是,在当前的企业资本运营中,产权结构优化仍然存在许多问题,必须解决这些问题,才能实现科学合理的资本配置。基于此,本文对企业资本运营与产权结构优化问题进行了深入研究,以期能够促进企业可持续发展。

With the rapid development of social economy, the market economic system of our country is also deepening the reform and development of enterprises in the new era to win the development opportunities in the fierce market economy, adapt to the market economy, must do a good job in the capital operation and property rights structure optimization of enterprises. At present, the capital operation and the optimization of the structure of property rights are the key factors to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and play a vital role in the future development of enterprises. The optimization of the structure of property rights is an important part of capital operation, only the well established property rights structure can promote the progress and development of enterprises. However, in the current capital operation of enterprises, there are still many problems in optimizing the structure of property rights, which must be solved in order to achieve a scientific and rational allocation of capital. Based on this, this article has carried on the thorough research to the enterprise capital operation and the property right structure optimization question, in order to promote the enterprise sustainable development.
