摘要
族高校低年级班级管理作为学生教育管理工作的重要内容,与学校育人质量和学生成长成才息息相关。现阶段由于民族高校学生民族成分复杂、个性特征突出,学生学习基础参差不齐等原因,造成低年级班级管理呈现出沟通不畅、凝聚力不足、班委会缺位等问题。本文围绕创新沟通方式、开展系列活动、完善管理机制三个方面,对如何做好民族高校低年级班级教育管理工作进行探讨。
As an important part of the students' educational management, the management of the lower class in the national universities is closely related to the quality of the education and the growth of the students. At the present stage of Ethnic Students' complex ethnic composition, personality prominent, students learn the reason foundation uneven, resulting in a low grade class management in poor communication, lack of cohesion, the class committee vacancy problems. This paper focuses on how to do well in the management of lower class education in Ethnic Universities in three aspects, such as innovative communication, developing a series of activities and improving management mechanism.
