摘要
"95后"大学生作为当前社会现代化的进程中的人才资源,已经成为高等学校学生队伍的主要群体。他们在网络大众文化交互的时代发展中成长,个性突出,民主意识深厚,受多元社会思潮冲击较大,同时注重自我发展与提高。但普遍存在集体观念淡化,并在个人发展时容易遇到迷茫与困惑。当前的大学生成长教育方法上存在的局限性使其无法在多元文化交互的环境下帮助大学生自我发展。在多元文化交互下如何以民主和多元的方式鼓励"95后"学生个性发展与自我素养提高。本文将从后马克思主义关于多元民主的理论着手,探析"95后"大学生成长教育方法路径上的创新之处,真正服务学生成长成才。
95s college students, as the human resources in the process of the modernization of the society, have become the main groups of college students. They grew up in the era of network mass culture interaction, personality prominent, democratic consciousness, by the impact of multiple social trends, while focusing on self-development and improvement. However, the collective concept of desalination, and in the personal development is easy to encounter confusion and confusion. The limitation of the current college students' growth education methods can not help the college students to develop themselves in the multicultural interaction environment. How to encourage the development of students' personality and self improvement in a democratic and pluralistic way under the multicultural interaction of the'95s'college students. This paper will start from the theory of Marx's theory of pluralistic democracy, and explore the innovation of the path of '95s' college students' growth education.
