高职院校作为我国教育体系的重要构成,在技术人才的挖掘与培养方面扮演着关键性的角色。现阶段随着经济体制改革的深入开展,社会竞争日益激烈,高职学生面临越来越沉重的就业压力,为了保证高职院校教育作用的实现,提升学生的职业技能与专业水平,对高职学生的就业能力与创业能力进行有效培养,文章从职业院校技能大赛的角度出发,在相关教育原则理论的指导下,深入探讨职业院校技能大赛与高职学生就业创业能力培养二者之间的关系,以期提升我国高职院校的教育质量与水平,促进高职学生的健康发展。

As an important component of China's education system, higher vocational colleges play a key role in the development and training of technical personnel. At this stage, with the depth of economic reform, the increasingly fierce competition of society, college students are facing more and more heavy employment pressure, in order to ensure the realization of the role of education in higher vocational colleges, improve occupation skills and professional level of the students, employability and entrepreneurial abilities of higher vocational students for effective training, from the perspective of college occupation skills contest starting in the relevant principles of education under the guidance of the theory, in-depth study of the relationship between the two culture employment and entrepreneurship skills competition occupation colleges and higher vocational students,in order to improve the quality and level of education in higher vocational colleges in our country, and promote the healthy development of higher vocational students.
