摘要
高职院校最重要的任务是育人。教师的教学质量是高职院校赖以生存与发展的基础。本文结合苏州市职业大学及下属二级学院——管理学院的实际情况,提出教师教学质量奖评定方法。
Education is the most important task in higher vocational colleges.Teachers' teaching quality is the basis of the survival and development in higher vocational colleges.In this paper, we analyze the actual situation of the school of management of Suzhou Vocational University, and give the evaluation method of teaching quality.
