摘要
从学生的就业现状找出传统教学内容的不足,从社会对营养人才的需求目标着手,提升学生的工作能力为重作为依据,进行烹饪营养课程的教学内容的重新构建,形成了理论铺垫,能力培养,工作对接,理实一体化的教学特色,培养五能营养人才,即具备"问、讲、配、做、写"的综合技能的高素质营养人才。
