摘要 从学生的就业现状找出传统教学内容的不足,从社会对营养人才的需求目标着手,提升学生的工作能力为重作为依据,进行烹饪营养课程的教学内容的重新构建,形成了理论铺垫,能力培养,工作对接,理实一体化的教学特色,培养五能营养人才,即具备"问、讲、配、做、写"的综合技能的高素质营养人才。 Find the traditional teaching content from the employment status of students, starting from the goal of social needs for nutrition talents, improve students' ability to work as a basis for constructing a new teaching content, cooking nutrition course, formed the theoretical foundation, ability training, work docking, integration of theory and practice teaching, training five nutritional talent, high-quality nutrition talents that have 'comprehensive skills, coordination, do ask, speaking and writing'.
