结合BIM技术的房屋建筑学课程设计教改研究

课程设计是房屋建筑学课程不可缺少的实践性教学环节,需要综合运用工程制图、计算机辅助设计、房屋建筑学的理论知识,是土建类非建筑学专业建筑知识的总结与实践。针对房屋建筑学课程设计中学生缺乏主观能动性,教师指导工作量大,设计安排不合理的问题,结合BIM技术对房屋建筑学课程设计进行教学改革,调整设计安排,使课程设计紧密联系课程体系,符合建筑业的发展趋势,值得在未来的教学改革中深入探索。

Curriculum design is an indispensable practical teaching link of building architecture course, it is a summary and application of knowledge for civil engineering major, and requires combining with engineering drawing, computer-aided design and building architecture theory. Aiming at problems as lack of the subjective initiative of college students, heavy guide workload of teacher and unreasonable design arrangement, carrying out teaching reform in building architecture curriculum design combining with BIM technology, adjusting design arrangement, making curriculum design contact close with curriculum system. It is conform to development tendency of construction industry, and that deserves deeper exploration in later teaching reform.
