近些年来,越来越多的教育工作者进入高校心理健康教育领域服务。如何对高校心理健康教育工作者这一角色进行准确恰当的定位是工作者们首要面对的问题。文章对高校心理健康教育工作者角色定位的宏观因素和微观因素进行了分析,并从国家、学校、学生和个人四个层面对高校心理健康教育工作者角色定位进行了探讨。

In recent years,more and more educators enter into the field service of psychological health education in colleges and universities.How to locate the role of psychological health educators in colleges and universities is the primary issue which the workers should face.This paper analyzes the macroscopic and microscopic factors of the role of psychological health educators in colleges and universities,and discusses to the university psychology health educators' role localization from the four levels which are the national, the school, the student and the individual.
