教练技术是目前运用的相对完善的管理技术,对当前大学生人际关系辅导有一定的启示,它通过一系列有目标性与有策略性的过程,洞悉被教练者的心智模式,挖掘内在潜能、寻找提升的可能性,从而使被教练者有效目标的达成。本文以教练技术为核心,运用奇迹式发问、体验式团体辅导、换框技术等教练工具帮助大学生人际交往的有效提升。

Coaching technology is currently the relatively perfect management technology, on the current college students' interpersonal relationship counseling has certain enlightenment, through a series of targeted and strategic insight into the process, coaching is the mental model, the inherent potential of mining, looking for the possibility of promotion, so as to effectively target the coach is reached. In this paper, coach technology as the core, the use of miracle questions, experiential group counseling, change the frame technology and other coaching tools to help college students effectively enhance interpersonal communication.
