摘要
构建现代大学制度是当前我国高等教育界理论探讨和改革实践的热点问题。本文分析了现代大学制度的基本内涵,然后回顾我国大学制度的发展历程及现代大学制度建设的探索,并分析了我国现行大学制度的缺陷,最后从宏观和微观等方面对我国现代大学制度建设提出了多项措施和建议,以促进我国高等教育的繁荣和发展。
The construction of modern university institution is a hot issue in the field of theory and practice of higher education in China. This pape4 r analyzes the basic connotation of modern university institution. And, it reviews the development of university institution and the exploration of the construction of modern university institution in China. Then, the defects of the current university institution in China are analyzed. Finally, this paper puts forward a number of measures and suggestions on the construction of modern university institution in China from the macro and micro aspects. We hope to promote the prosperity and development of higher education in china.
