基于NI CompactRIO的电力电子与电机控制教学实验平台的研制

摘要 为满足"运动控制系统"与"电力电子技术"等课程工程性、开放性、创新性实验教学发展需求,培养学生实践能力和创新能力,同时适于班级教学,设计并开发了一种基于NI Compact RIO的电力电子与电机控制教学实验平台。实验台以NI公司的Labview图形化软件开发环境为系统软件开发平台,以NI公司生产的Compact RIO控制器为系统控制核心。结合三相全桥智能功率模块等,根据不同实验对象,可以开展多种电力电子实验和电机控制实验。本文介绍了该实验平台的硬件系统,软件系统,并给出了实验设计实例。该实验装置具有操作简便,扩展性强的优点,在实验教学中取得了良好的教学效果。 To meet physical, open and innovative teaching needs of 'motion control system', 'power electronics technology' and other relevant courses, the power electronics and motor control experimental teaching platform based on the embedded control system NI Compact RIO is designed. The platform also meet to cultivate students' practical ability and innovation ability, and is suitable for class teaching. In this platform the graphical software development environment-Labview and the embedded controller-Compact RIO of NI company are used respectively as the system software development platform and the core controller of the platform. According to different experimental objects, the platform can realize most of power electronics and motor control experiments. This paper introduces the hardware system and software system of the experiment platform, and also gives a design example. This experimental platform has obtained good teaching effect for the advantages of simple operation, strong extensibility and so on.
