从学生的角度谈地方本科院校人才培养——以邵阳学院通信工程专业为例

本文以调查问卷的方式,对大四以及近5届毕业生调研了学生对本专业人才培养的意见,本专业的培养计划、教学管理、教学条件以及师资队伍得到了大部分毕业生的认可;同时,毕业生认为学校需要加强实践教学、改革考核制度、更新教学内容、引入职业规划教育等,这为本专业的发展与改革提供了很好的依据和指导。

Based on the questionnaire, the students of the professional opinions on the senior students and nearly 5 graduates research, the professional training plan, teaching management, teaching conditions and teaching staff has been recognized by most of the graduates; at the same time, the school graduates that need to strengthen practice teaching, reform the examination system, the renewal of teaching the introduction of content, occupation planning education, provides the good basis and guidance for the development and reform of the professional.
