供给侧改革:大学党校培养大学生党员的创新选择

Supply Side Reform: Innovation of College Party School to Cultivate College Student Party Members

大学党校是培养大学生党员的主阵地,其师资队伍建设、教学科研水平直接关系到大学生党员的培养质量。但当前在日常管理、师资力量、培养模式等方面一定程度上存在问题,导致了大学党校的有效供给不足。为此,本文提出需要以"供给侧"改革的思维着力提高大学党校教学培养的供给质量,重塑教学培养的供给结构,以实现大学党校政治立场的坚定性和科学探索创新的有机统一。

The Party School of the university is the main position to cultivate the party members of college students, the construction of teaching staff and the level of teaching and scientific research are directly related to the quality of the cultivation of College Students' Party members. However, there are some problems in the daily management, teachers, training mode and so on, which leads to the effective supply shortage of the university party school. Therefore, this thesis proposes that it is necessary to take 'supply side' thinking of reform efforts to improve the university teaching training quality of the supply, the supply structure remodeling of teaching, in order to achieve the university party political position firmness and scientific exploration and innovation of the organic unity.
