人大期刊在宣传人民代表大会制度和人大工作,展现人大制度、人大工作的新气象新局面上具有重要作用。通讯员队伍素质状况直接影响到人大期刊办刊质量,也对人大新闻宣传效果产生重要影响,应该全面客观地摸清我省人大期刊通讯员队伍现状尤为必要。本文基于对湖北省17个地市州及39个县区人大常委会人大新闻宣传通讯员的实证调查,得出结论:我省人大宣传干部大宣传意识较强,实践工作中也比较注重统筹媒体力量,对人大会议、常委会会议、日常重要工作的宣传都比较重视,力争邀请媒体参与报道。
