高职院校内部治理章程建设探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Internal Governance Articles in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国的高职院校承担着重要的人才培养工作,旨在为经济社会发展培养更多的高素质专业技术人才。面对新时期下的新挑战和新机遇,高职院校应当加强章程建设,不断提升院校的治理能力。本文首先回顾高职院校的内部治理理论,并选择以公办高职院校为对象,分析章程建设的全过程,同时紧紧围绕高职院校的章程建设实践提出了更多思考,旨在为同类院校的章程建设提供参考。

Higher vocational colleges in our country are undertaking important personnel training, aiming at training more high-quality professional and technical personnel for economic and social development. Facing the new challenges and new opportunities in the new era, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of the articles of association and continuously improve their governance ability. This paper first reviews the theory of internal governance in higher vocational colleges, and choose to run vocational colleges as the research object, analyze the whole process of construction of the articles of association, the practice of constitution construction simultaneously focus on higher vocational colleges put forward more thinking, in order to provide reference for the construction of similar colleges.
