高校“一课多师”选修课逆向选择现象及其应对

The Phenomenon and Countermeasures of Adverse Selection in College Selective Courses Taught by Several Teachers

当前各高校较为普遍地存在选修课逆向选择现象,这一现象可能导致在学生群体中培养起一种功利、散漫的学风,在教师群体中实际形成一种"奖宽罚严"的评价机制,进而导致高校选修课教学质量形式美观、实质堪忧。这种逆向选择的根本原因在于各高校还没有建立起一套完善的选课制度。为解决高校选修课逆向选择问题,应尽快建立、完善学生选课指导制度、选修课分班制度、选修课过程控制机制和选修课考核机制。

The adverse selection phenomenon in selective courses exists in many Chinese Universities. As results, the utilitarian and desultory style of study would be established among college students. Those lax teachers would be rewarded while those austere teachers would be punished. At last, the quality of teaching of selective courses would be overrated. The primary cause of the adverse selection phenomenon lies in the lack of complete selective courses system. In order to solve these problems, four systems of selective courses should be developed, including instruction system, replacement system, process-control system and assessment system.
