在国家"人才强国战略"的持续推动下,高等院校作为培养和塑造国家高素质人才的重要场域,深入开展社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行教育活动,不仅有益于推进国家富强、民族和谐和民生保障,且有益于助推高校人才培养目标的修缮和落实。高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观主要存在着:缺乏前瞻性的德育观念、缺乏聚合性的师资团队、缺乏实战性的课程设置、缺乏科学性的舆论导向四大核心问题。因而,建议从固化德育教育理念、深化师资队伍建设、优化课程教授形式、强化舆论监管力度四个层面进行改进,旨在加强高校思想政治教育建设,培养优质人才,助力实现伟大复兴的"中国梦"。
