摘要
在高等教育中,历来重视食品专业的教学,尤其是在当今食品安全新形势背景下,如何更好地进行教学实践和改革是目前高校教师工作的重点。本文以"食品营养学"课程教学为例,针对食品安全新形势背景下的各种现状,对教学中存在问题进行阐述和分析,同时提出一定的课程改革策略,以为高校食品专业的教学提供理论性的参考和指导。
In higher education, has always attached great importance to food professional teaching. Especially in today's new situation under the background of food safety, how to better carry out the teaching practice and reform is the focus of current work of College teachers. Based on the 'food nutrition' course teaching for example, according to the present situation of various food safety under the background of new situation, discuss and analysis the problems in teaching, at the same time, put forward some strategies to curriculum reform, to provide theoretical reference and guidance for university food professional teaching.
