聋人大学生就业困难的制约因素研究

Study on the Restrictive Factors of Deaf College Students' Employment Difficulties

有关数据表明,当前聋人大学生的就业率只是健听大学生的一半左右,平均工资也只有健听大学生的一半左右;在未解决温饱的绝对贫困人口中,约有42%为残疾人,在相对贫困人口中,残疾人约占1/3。目前,我国残疾人就业形式仍然较为严峻,2008年度残疾人登记失业率达12.6%,大大高于全国登记失业率4%水平。笔者通过调研后分析发现,我国聋人大学生就业困难的原因主要有以下四个方面:政府有关部门宏观调控滞后、高校专业设置单一、社会的认知和接纳程度较差、自身条件的限制等。

According to the data shown that both employment rates and average salaries of deaf college students are the half of those of normal students. There are about 42% disabled people in the absolute poverty population without adequate food and clothing and there are a third disabled people in relative poverty population. At present, the employment of the disabled people is still hardly optimistic. In 2008, registered unemployment rate for persons with disabilities was 12.6%, which was much higher than national registered unemployment rate. The author has found that there are four main reasons for the employment difficulties of the deaf students in our country: The lag of government's macro regulation and control, the singleness of majors' setting for universities, poor social identity and acceptance, the constraints of their own conditions and so on.
