从起业家教育看日语专业创新型人才培养

From the Entrepreneur Education to See the Cultivation of Japanese Major Innovative Talents

时代的发展离不开创新型人才,高校日语专业创新型人才的培养成为重要课题。本文首先分析了创新型人才的素质要求,同时探讨了日本的起业家教育,分析其特色,借鉴日本的起业家教育对高校日语专业创新型人才培养模式提出构思,提出了"双创精神+日语+现代化技能"的创新型人才培养模式,以期对高校教育教学改革提供参考。

The development of the times can not be separated from new talents. The cultivation of creative talents in Japanese major has become an important subject. This paper first analyze the quality requirements of innovative talents. At the same time, it discuss Japanese entrepreneur education and analyze its characteristics. Drawing on Japanese education, this paper puts forward the conception of innovative talents training mode for Japanese majors in Colleges and Universities. This paper puts forward the ' innovation and entrepreneurship + Japanese + modern skills' innovative talents training mode in order to provide reference for the reform of higher education and teaching.
