Strengthening the Construction of Counselors Team to Promote Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

高校思想政治教育主要是引导大学生确立在中国共产党领导下走中国特色社会主义道路、实现中华民族伟大复兴的共同理想和坚定信念。而加强辅导员队伍的建设,对于加强和改进高校的思想政治教育,提高大学生的思想政治素养,具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了当前辅导员队员存在的一些问题并提出了一些建议。

The ideological and political education of Colleges and Universities is to guide students to establish the socialism with China's characteristics and realize the common ideal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. To strengthen the construction of counselors plays an important role in improving ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and developing college students' Ideological and political quality.This paper aims to analyze some problems existing in the counselor team and put forward some countermeasures.
