小区开放对道路通行影响的定量评估

本文主要研究小区开放对周边道路通行影响的问题。通过选取合适的评价指标,建立评价指标体系;其次对选取的三种不同类型的小区在开放前后的道路路段饱和度进行定量比较,并将数据进行横向和纵向对比,从而分析出小区开放前后对周边道路的影响程度。根据研究结果,从交通通行的角度,对城市规划和交通管理部门提出关于小区开放的合理化建议。

The current economic and social development, so that the defects of closed communities are increasingly prominent,in order to improve the disadvantages brought by closed community, this paper mainly study the area of the surrounding road,open to the impact of the problem, first select the appropriate evaluation indicators, establish the evaluation indicator system,and secondly create different types of community, this paper mainly created three different types of community, respectively,for the luxurious residential, medium and small residential areas, through the selection of three different types of community in the open and after the road sections of the saturation quantitative comparison The data is contrasted horizontally and vertically, and the influence of the neighborhood on the surrounding road is analyzed. According to the results of the study, from the angle of traffic passage, the rationalization proposals for the district opening of the urban planning and Traffic management department are proposed.
