摘要
癫痫是一种以脑神经元异常放电引起的反复痫性发作,表现为脑功能紊乱、肢体抽搐、行为障碍或感觉障碍,是神经系统常见疾病之一。对癫痫的研究目前主要是依赖于动物模型,根据诱发方式的不同,常见的整体癫痫动物模型可以分为三类:遗传失神动物模型,慢性动物模型和急性动物模型。本论文从该三大类动物模型建模方法、脑电特点、行为学评估和适用人类癫痫类型等方面进行了类比,旨在对癫痫的整体动物模型进行一目了然的概述,以期为相关研究领域的工作者选择合适的癫痫动物模型提供一定参考。
Epilepsy is a kind of recurrent seizures caused by abnormal discharge of brain neurons, which is characterized by disorder of brain function,limb spasm,behavior disorder or sensory disturbance, and it is one of the common diseases in nervous system. The research of epilepsy is mainly dependent on the animal model at present. There are three whole animal models including genetic epilepsy model,chronic epilepsy model and acute epilepsy model. The modeling methods,brain electrical characteristics,behavior evaluation and application of human epilepsy are presented here. We hope our summary of whole animal model can provide the researchers in this field with a convenient choice for suitable animal model of epilepsy.
