协同创新视角下新兴产业导向研究生培养模式探索与实践——以生物制造类研究生培养为例

Exploration and Practice of the Training Mode of Postgraduates Major in New Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation——A Case Study on the cultivation of biological manufacturing graduate students

在我国提出以协同创新引领高等学校创新能力的背景下,结合新兴产业导向研究生创新能力培养模式的改革实践,针对当前面向新兴产业的研究生培养过程中存在的问题,在协同创新视角下,提出通过构建多学科融合体系、组建研究生指导团队、加大校企产学研合作,有效地促进了学科、专业和产业的协同,提高了新兴产业导向研究生的培养质量。

Based on the background of enhancing the innovation ability of our country's high education through collaborative innovation,this paper describes the exploration and practice of the training mode of graduates major in industrial biotechnology.Aimed at solving the problems existed in culturing the graduates major in industrial biotechnology,in the perspective of collaborative innovation,series methods such as constructing multi-discipline integration system,setting up the graduate supervision team,and strengthening the cooperation between researches in the lab and enterprises.Based on the above measures,the discipline,major,research and enterprises were all coordinated,and thus the culture quality of the graduate students major in industrial biotechnology was enhanced.
