高校辅导员,小小岗位担负重重使命,辅导员核心素养的发展,不仅是辅导员自身建设和发展的需要,更是"立德树人"的根本目标的需要,本文论述了辅导员应具备的核心素养内容,并阐述了如何培养这些核心素养,包括明晰职业化发展方向、把关意识形态、坚定文化自信以及坚定理想信念等。

College counselors,small jobs for heavy mission,development of counselors' core literacy,is not only the need to'self construction and development,is the fundamental goal of moral education needs',this paper discusses the core content of literacy instructors should possess,and expounds how to cultivate the core competence,including the occupation development direction,clear check the ideology,strengthen cultural self-confidence and firm ideals and beliefs.
