On the Construction of Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship from the Perspective of Primary School Teachers

小学师生关系的建构既是教育界常谈的老问题,又是现代教育中越来越多人忽视的新问题,解决师生关系中存在的现实问题并建构和谐的师生关系成为当代教师的责任和使命。随着小学教师的整体认识与新时期素质教育的逐步结合且相适应,小学师生关系也将随之转型。本论文从小学教师的角度结合当代小学师生关系存在的问题,探索建构和谐师生关系的方法途径。

The old problem of construction is not only the educational circles often talk about the relationship between teachers and students of primary school,and more and more new problems ignored in modern education,solving practical problems in the teacher-student relationship and constructing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students become the responsibility and mission of teachers.With the gradual integration of the overall understanding of primary school teachers and the quality education in the new era,the teacher-student relationship in primary school will also be transformed.From the angle of primary school teachers and the problems of teacher-student relationship in contemporary primary school,this paper explores ways and means to construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
