教师的素质直接决定了学校教学质量的好坏,也是学校竞争力的核心因素。本文就教师素质的提升方案进行了探究,提出了通过转变教育观念,搭建教师学习平台,开展校本科研、教育科研,进行教师整体素质提升的可执行方案。

The quality of teachers directly determines the quality of school teaching,and it is also the core factor of school competitiveness.In this paper,the lifting scheme of teacher's quality on the line of inquiry,is proposed through changing the concept of education,teachers build a learning platform to carry out school-based research,education and scientific research,to enhance the overall quality of teachers in the executable program.
