组织部门是抓党建工作的重要部门,组工干部是推进党的建设伟大工程的骨干力量。组工干部作为"管党员的党员"、"管干部的干部",其政治、业务素质如何,直接关系到这一工程的进度和质量,习近平总书记对组织部门自身建设提出"讲政治、重公道、业务精、作风好"的要求。作为组工干部,应当率先践行20字"好干部标准"树牢"四种意识",努力做一名忠诚、公正、务实、担当的优秀组工干部,树立党的威信、维护党的形象。因此,组工干部必须做到"两修两讲五学"。只有品德好,作风实,才能坚持原则,不断提升形象;只有做到常学、先学、会学、深学、互学,把学习作为第一要务,才能有作为,不断提升水平;只有做到懂政治、知业务,才能担当责任,不断提升素质,保证党的路线方针政策落地生根,密切党群干群关系,充分调动和发挥广大党员干部的积极性与创造性。
