新生入学适应不良的心理干预个案研究

摘要 新生入学适应不良是高校思想政治教育工作中的常见问题。高校思想政治教育和心理干预技术引起广泛教育工作者的重视。文章采用心理学当中认知学习观对依赖行为进行了新的解释,认为依赖行为就是一系列程序性知识在大脑中的自动化运行的结果,采用放松训练等心理干预技术,对一名由对父母依赖过度而导致入学适应不良的大一新生进行了心理技术干预,取得了事半功倍的效果。 Maladjustment in Freshmen's enrollment is a common problem in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The ideological and political education and psychological intervention in Colleges and universities have attracted wide attention of educators.The psychology theory of cognitive learning depends on the behavior of a new interpretation,that the dependence is a series of procedural knowledge in the brain in the automation of the operation results,the relaxation training and psychological intervention on technology,from a dependent on their parents caused freshman admission to the bad of psychological intervention that made a multiplier effect.
