Exploration and Practice of Psychological Quality Education of Higher Vocational College Students with "Trinity,Five Dimensions Support"——Based on positive psychology

传统大学生心理素质教育"心理问题"导向的局限性日益凸显。如何开辟大学生心理素质教育的新模式、新途径,培养健康、阳光,具有积极心理品质的专业人才,促进大学生身心和人格健康发展是新时期高校心理素质教育工作的重要课题。研究通过总结和梳理当前大学生心理素质教育中存在的主要问题,提出了构建"三位一体,五维支撑"的高职大学生心理素质教育探索与实践。

The limitations of traditional 'psychological problem' orientation of college students' psychological quality education are becoming increasingly prominent.How to open up a new mode and new ways of College Students' psychological quality education,cultivating a healthy,sunny,with positive psychological quality of professional talents,promote the healthy development of college students and personality is an important topic in the new period of psychological quality education.By summing up and sorting out the main problems existing in the current college students' psychological quality education,this paper puts forward the exploration and practice of the construction of 'Trinity,five dimensions support' psychological quality education of higher vocational college students.
