摘要
随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,跨文化教育成为我国高等教育国际化进程中不可或缺的部分,其目标是培养服务国家意志、具有国际视野、跨文化能力的高水平复合型人才。奥地利的跨文化教育理念和体系可以追溯到上个世纪60年代,经过几十年的不断探索和研究,已经积累了丰富的实践经验和形成了独有的体系。本文通过对奥地利跨文化教育的现状和目标进行深入探讨,结合奥地利IMC克雷姆斯应用技术大学具体的跨文化教育课程的实际运行情况,从教育理念、师资队伍等方面阐述对我国跨文化教育的启示。
With the development of higher education and the deepening of China's reform, cross cultural education become an integral part of the process of internationalization of higher education in China, its goal is to train the service state will, with international vision and high level talents of intercultural competence. The concept and system of Intercultural Education in Austria can be traced back to the 60 s of the last century. After decades of continuous exploration and research, it has accumulate d rich practical experience and formed a unique system. This paper discusses the current situation and the goal of Austria cross cultural education, combined with Austria IMC Technology University Krems specific cross-cultural education curriculum of practical operation, the concept of education, teachers and other aspects of China's cross cultural education enlightenment.
