摘要
作为我国高等教育的高层次组成部分,提高研究生的培养与教育至关重要,对提高我国人才的培养质量、培育社会主义价值观,促进社会更好发展具有重要意义。本文从研究生培养过程的实际情况出发,着眼于基层视角,就目前研究生培养过程管理的一些现象进行了分析,并结合时代情况列举了相应的解决对策,提出了提高研究生培养质量的举措。
Graduates' training program is an essential part of the national higher education. To enhance the management during the process is a vital means to improve its quality. Analyzing on certain phenomenon during the process management with combination of current situation in this age, the thesis lists out the relative solutions for it and words out a few strategies about how to improve the quality of graduates' training program.
