“智慧校园”愿景下提升高职青年教师教学技能的思考

Reflections on Improving the Teaching Skills of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Vision of "Smart Campus"

近年来,我国高职教育的普及迅速扩大了大学规模,青年教师的需求量如同井喷,同时伴随着出现了青年教师实践教学能力严重脱节等一些问题。"智慧校园"的提出为高职院校青年教师教学能力的提高既创造了机遇又提出了挑战。本文通过分析高职青年教师教学能力发展现状,挖掘制约教学能力发展的因素,提出了"智慧校园"愿景下提升青年教师教学能力的建议。研究如何提升高职青年教师教学技能的策略,将为"智慧校园"的建设提供强有力的支撑。

In recent years, the popularization of Higher Vocational Education in our country has rapidly expanded the scale of University, thus the demand of young teachers is like a blowout. The idea of 'smart campus' has created opportunities for the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in Higher Vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the factors that restrict the development of teaching ability, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers under the vision of 'smart campus'. How to improve the teaching skills of young teachers in higher vocational education, will provide a strong support for the construction of smart campus.
