论“以生为本”教育理念在教学中的渗透

培养人是教育的立足点,是教育价值的根本所在,是教育的本体功能。教育理念作为一种思想指导着教育实践,并决定着教育实践的价值取向和前进方向。当前我国提出要以生为本的教育理念也是为了改造教育实践的需要。作为一线的教师需要了解和把握这一理念的深刻内涵和科学依据,并在教学实践中从改变教学的观念、设置多元的教学目标、注重过程的评价等方面来贯彻这一理念。
