摘要 培养人是教育的立足点,是教育价值的根本所在,是教育的本体功能。教育理念作为一种思想指导着教育实践,并决定着教育实践的价值取向和前进方向。当前我国提出要以生为本的教育理念也是为了改造教育实践的需要。作为一线的教师需要了解和把握这一理念的深刻内涵和科学依据,并在教学实践中从改变教学的观念、设置多元的教学目标、注重过程的评价等方面来贯彻这一理念。 Cultivating people is the foothold of education, is the fundamental value of educational value, is the ontological function of education. Educational philosophy as an idea to guide the practice of education, and determines the value orientation and direction of education practice. At present, China's proposed student-oriented educational philosophy is also to transform the needs of educational practice. As a frontier teachers need to understand and grasp the profound connotation and scientific basis of this idea, and in teaching practice from changing the concept of teaching, set a variety of teaching objectives, pay attention to the process of evaluation and other aspects to implement this concept.
