校企协同育人创新创业机制的探索与实践——以广东工贸职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice of School Enterprise Synergy Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mechanism——Take Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce as an example

广东工贸职业技术学院成立广东工贸职教集团,集团实行行理事会负责制,通过理事大会整合集团利益相关者的多方诉求,均衡资源配置,以理念创新、民主决策、精细分工、严格把控等治理原则为基础,构建校企合作新模式、完善育人机制体制。以"校政行企"四方联动为基础,形成"合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展"互利共赢的运行机制,有效提升高职院校学生就业创业竞争力。

Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry and Commerce was founded in Guangdong Industrial Vocational Education Group,the group carried out by the director of the conference Council is responsible for the system,the integration of multi group demands of stakeholders,balance the allocation of resources,to the concept of innovation,democratic decision-making,fine division of labor,and strictly control the governance principle as the foundation,build a new model of school enterprise cooperation,improve the education system.On the basis of the 'four links' of school administration and enterprise management,the operation mechanism of 'mutual cooperation in running schools,cooperative education,cooperative employment and cooperative development' will be formed,which will effectively enhance the employment and entrepreneurship competitiveness of higher vocational college students.
