The innovative quality is a multidimensional structure and integrative quality in vocational college.The paths of cultivation includes overcoming group psychology and cultivating innovative consciousness,increasing problem awareness and educating innovative spirit,overcoming thinking formulary and fostering innovative thinking,learning innovative skills and training innovative ability,developing innovative feeling and fashioning innovative personality.
