高校辅导员职业能力提升路径与方法研究

Research on the Path and Method of Promoting College Counselors' Professional Ability

高校作为社会人才的主要输出通道,必须拥有一个完善的体系来适应不断发展更新的社会,以达到与时俱进的目的。在这个体系当中,高校辅导员就扮演着一个重要的角色,辅导员不仅是大学生职业技能的授予者,还是大学生心灵上的引领者;所以,高校辅导员职业能力的提升才是当今教育的重中之重。现国内,部分高校的教育重点依旧停留在单纯的职业技能授予,忽略了学生心理的辅导。自2013年至今,笔者担任昆明医科大学2011级临床医学专业三大班、七大班两个大班的兼职辅导员,通过两年的实践,认识到高校辅导员需要提高自身职业能力及心理辅导技能,在日常教学中抓住学生心理,因材施教,才能真正达到以人为本的教育宗旨。

As the main output channel of social talents,colleges and universities must have a perfect system to adapt to the constantly developing and updated society so as to achieve the goal of keeping pace with the times.In this system,college counselors will play an important role,not only is the college students' Occupation Skills instructor awarded,or to lead the soul of college students;therefore,College Counselors' occupation ability is the priority among priorities in education.At present,the educational emphasis of some colleges and universities in China still stays in the granting of pure vocational skills,ignoring the psychological counseling of students.Since 2013,the author at the Kunming Medical University 2011 clinical professional three class,seven class two class of part-time instructors,after two years of practice,realize that college counselors need to improve their occupation ability and psychological counseling skills in their daily teaching focusing on students' psychological,individualized,then we can truly achieve the purpose of people-oriented education.
