高职学生创业意向影响因素分析

On Influencing Factors of Higher Vocational Students' Entrepreneurial Intention

随着就业压力的不断增加,越来越多的高校学生开始选择创业。但是,从整体的学生创业情况来看,高职学生的创业情况并不理想,学生在进行创业选择时依然受到了很多局限。为了了解高职学生创业选择所面临的问题,提升学生的就业意愿和水平,本文对影响高职学生创业意向的因素进行了分析和探讨。

With the increasing employment pressure,more and more college students begin to choose entrepreneurship.However,from the overall situation of students' entrepreneurship,higher vocational students' entrepreneurial situation is not ideal,and students still have many limitations in their choice of entrepreneurship.In order to understand the problems faced by higher vocational students in Entrepreneurship choice and to enhance their willingness and level of employment,this paper analyzes and probes into the factors that influence the intention of higher vocational students.
