双创背景下的武汉国家示范高职院校专利情况调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Patent of Wuhan National Demonstration Vocational Colleges under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

通过对武汉市三所国家示范性高职院校专利申报情况进行调查发现:武汉市国家示范高职院校专利申请数量呈现明显上升趋势,但也存在申请专利质量不高、专利平均寿命低于全国平均水平、专利申请和维护缺乏系统的管理等问题。可以通过加强专利及知识产权保护教育、建立合理的专利申请激励机制、设立专利管理机构来提高高职院校的专利管理。

Based on the investigation of the patent application of three National Model Higher Vocational Colleges in Wuhan,it is found that the number of patent applications of these Colleges shows a clear upward trend,but also has the patent patent quality is not high,the average life expectancy is lower than the national average,patent applications and maintenance problems lack of systematic management.Patent management in higher vocational colleges can be improved through strengthening patent and intellectual property protection education,establishing reasonable patent application incentive mechanism and setting up patent management institutions.
