海口制药企业职工职业病防治知识的知晓情况及其影响因素分析

Knowledge of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control among Workers in Haikou Pharmaceutical Enterprises and its Influencing Factors

目的:了解海口市制药企业职工职业病防治知识的知晓现状,分析其影响因素,为开展健康教育和健康促进工作提供基础数据。方法:采取分层随机抽样的方法,对599名制药企业职工,进行职业病防治知信行问卷调查,率或者构成比的比较用卡方检验,多因素分析采用非条件Logistic回归。结果:职业病防治相关知识的总体知晓率为71.8%。影响因素分析结果显示:影响职工对职业病防治知晓度的因素包括工龄、工作时段、文化程度。结论:海口市制药企业职工对职业病防治知识知晓率不高,工作时段、文化程度等是其主要影响因素;应加强职业健康教育,提高其健康水平。

Objective:to understand the knowledge status of occupational disease prevention and control among the pharmaceutical enterprises in Haikou and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basic data for health education and health promotion work.Methods:stratified random sampling,599 pharmaceutical enterprises,to know the questionnaire for occupation disease prevention and control,rate and constituent ratio was compared by chi square test,multivariate analysis using non conditional Logistic regression.Results:the overall awareness rate of occupational disease prevention and control knowledge was 71.8%.The analysis of the influencing factors shows that the factors that affect workers' awareness of occupational disease prevention include length of service,working hours and educational level.Conclusion:the awareness rate of occupational disease prevention and control among the workers in Haikou pharmaceutical enterprises is not high,the working hours and education level are the main influencing factors,and occupational health education should be strengthened to improve their health level.
