转型时期我国高职教育现状及对策分析

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Education in China during the Period of Transformation

高等职业教育是我国高等教育体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。在我国当前经济体制转型期、工业结构转型期、经济增长方式转型期等的关键时期,高等职业教育面临新的发展机遇,我们必须坚持以服务经济社会发展为宗旨,以促进就业为导向,以提高劳动者职业道德水平、职业技能和就业创业能力为重点,以深化高等职业教育体制改革和机制创新为动力,优化布局结构、充分利用各种优势资源提高职业教育与经济社会协调发展的能力,建成充满活力的职业教育体系。本文从分析当前我国高等职业教育现状入手,探究了问题产生的原因,并就此提出解决当前高等职业教育存在问题的对策及建议。

Higher vocational education is an integral part of the higher education system in china. In the key period of China's current economic system during the transition period, period of industrial restructuring, transformation of economic growth period, the higher occupation education is facing new opportunities for development, we must adhere to the service of economic and social development for the purpose, in order to promote the employment oriented, in order to improve the labor occupation morals level, occupation skill and employment ability as the key to deepening the innovation of higher occupation education system reform and mechanism for power, optimize the layout of the structure, make full use of various resources to improve the ability of occupation education and the harmonious development of economy and society, built a vibrant occupation education system. Starting from analyzing the current situation of Higher Vocational Education in China, this paper probes into the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the current higher vocational education.
